Kelly Michelle's Photography has vast selection on amazing photos. Her ideas for posing her subject really sets a comfortable feel. They look natural and not forcefully posed. She focuses on the subject and limits her background space. Some of her black and white photos are a little over brightened on the subject's face were you lose details such as cheek bones, the nose, and smile lines. Also I am not a fan of her black backdrop behind subjects wearing black, the floating heads are a little creepy. I would suggest another backdrop to place them infront of.
