Todd Owyoung takes photos in concert setting and in regular settings. He is able to make his photos clear and in focus in dark settings were the subject moves around in a fast pace. He is able to get great lighting on his subjects, he may or may not be using a flash but it works well in his photos and doesn't take away from the photos highlights.
